Remember a place from your past, where you always felt totally at ease?

Picture the scene…

Now ask yourself how does that scene make you feel inside?

And where in your body do you feel it?

Feel into that place you’ve anchored in your body, at times of stress or anxiety and ask yourself ‘how does the uncomfortable situation I am in seem when I view it from this place of inner resource?
